Assessment, Research, and Evaluation
I conduct evaluation, assessment, and research to ensure government agencies, philanthropic foundations and community-based organizations are making an impact. I support philanthropists, community leaders and program managers to get the useful timely information. I lead strategic planning, study design, participatory qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and knowledge translation for use.

Strong research design, implementation, analysis and reporting on large complex evaluations and research projects
Extensive experience with Theory of Change focused evaluations that incorporate gender, indigenous knowledge, participatory and principles-based approaches
Development of meaningful impact evaluations that reflect a range of methods and approaches to best answer research questions
Capacity building with government officials, grassroots organisations, journalists and academics for leadership, evaluation and learning
Creative and effective knowledge mobilization for decision-making.
Native English, fluent French, working Spanish, beginning Nepali and American Sign Language
