Assessment, Research, and Evaluation

I conduct evaluation, assessment, and research to ensure government agencies, philanthropic foundations and community-based organizations are making an impact. I support philanthropists, community leaders and program managers to get the useful timely information. I lead strategic planning, study design, participatory qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and knowledge translation for use.

  • Strong research design, implementation, analysis and reporting on large complex evaluations and research projects

  • Extensive experience with Theory of Change focused evaluations that incorporate gender, indigenous knowledge, participatory and principles-based approaches

  • Development of meaningful impact evaluations that reflect a range of methods and approaches to best answer research questions

  • Capacity building with government officials, grassroots organisations, journalists and academics for leadership, evaluation and learning

  • Creative and effective knowledge mobilization for decision-making.

  • Native English, fluent French, working Spanish, beginning Nepali and American Sign Language
